Leave your contact

CAVOR Desk is for property managers and service companies. Leave your contact details and I will get back to you within 24 working hours.

Give an email or a phone number — one is enough.

Consents (optional)

Consents are voluntary and unticked by default. Without them I will use your data only to reply to this enquiry.

Information on data processing (Article 13 GDPR)

The controller of your data is Kamil Truszkowski (a natural person), address: ul. Zalewowa 5, 96-500 Sochaczew, Polska, contact: kontakt@cavor.eu.

If you tick a consent, I process your email address or phone number to send you commercial information about CAVOR Desk through the channel you chose. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

I also process the data from the form to reply to your enquiry. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in handling enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Without consents I use the data only for this reply.

I keep the data for 12 months after my last contact with you (or after receiving the enquiry if there was none), and then delete it, unless you ask for deletion earlier.

The recipients of the data are the service providers I use to run the site and email, acting as processors: Supabase (database; infrastructure in the Frankfurt region, EU; provider Supabase Pte. Ltd., based in Singapore, transfer under Standard Contractual Clauses), Vercel (hosting; Vercel Inc., based in the USA, transfer under Standard Contractual Clauses) and Resend (email delivery; sent from the Ireland region, main processing in the USA, transfer under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses). Full list: /subprocessors.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Providing data is voluntary, but without an email address or phone number I cannot reply.

You can withdraw a consent at any time by writing to kontakt@cavor.eu. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO).
