Privacy Policy
This policy is divided into two sections because, depending on your role in the CAVOR Desk system, a different entity is the controller of your data. If you are our business client or a visitor to this website, the controller of your data is Veles Digital (see Section A); if you are a resident reporting a fault, the controller of your data is your Property Manager or Housing Community (see Section B).
Section A — Veles Digital as the Data Controller
This section sets out the rules for processing data for which the controller is Veles Digital, the operator of the CAVOR Desk platform, contact: velesdigital@proton.me. It applies solely to the data of B2B clients (property managers), their representatives, users creating platform accounts, and visitors to the website.
We process data for the following purposes: providing the SaaS service and account administration (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); settlements and accounting (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR); security, system logs and auditing (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); technical communication and product development (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Our logs and telemetry record IP addresses, technical identifiers, the date and time of the request, HTTP response codes, the User-Agent and API call paths. They serve to detect attacks (DDoS, brute force), isolate errors and ensure accountability. Wherever this is possible without impairing diagnostics, we apply pseudonymisation or aggregation.
Strictly necessary technical cookies (session, authorisation tokens, load balancing) are used on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, without consent. Optional analytics cookies are used only after consent has been given, on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
B2B account data is kept for the duration of the contract and the limitation period for claims (3 years). Billing data is kept for 5 years from the end of the tax year. Logs and IP addresses are rotated and kept for no longer than 90 days.
Section B — Your Property Manager or Housing Community as the Data Controller
If you are a resident using the CAVOR Desk application, the Controller of your personal data entered into the system is your Property Manager or Housing Community. Veles Digital acts solely as a processor on behalf of your Property Manager and does not use this data for its own purposes.

The database, files and application run on servers in the European Union — in the eu-central-1 and fra1 regions, both in Frankfurt am Main. Some of our providers are US companies: access by their support staff and the transmission of metadata to the United States constitute a transfer outside the EEA and rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF).
