Pricing for property managers

A base fee covers up to 10 properties — above that threshold, you pay extra only for the properties beyond it.

Number of propertiesPrice
1–10 properties250 PLN / month — base fee
11–50 properties+20 PLN / property / month
51–100 properties+15 PLN / property / month
above 100 properties+8 PLN / property / month

All amounts are net prices in Polish złoty (PLN). VAT is added on top.

Technicians, residents and community boards — accounts at no extra charge, no limit.

How we calculate the price

The base fee covers properties up to the threshold. Every property above the threshold is priced at the rate of its own tier — never the whole portfolio at one rate, retroactively.

Example: 12 properties

  • Up to 10 properties: 250 PLN (base fee)
  • 11–50 properties: 2 × 20 PLN = 40 PLN

Total 290 PLN net per month

What counts as a property if you manage a housing community or cooperative?

A standalone building, a separately billed unit, or a self-managed office building each count as one property. A housing community or cooperative is counted linearly. Properties: up to 10 buildings = 1, each further building adds 0.1. Examples (buildings → properties): 11 → 1.1, 14 → 1.4, 25 → 2.5.
