Managers, technicians and residents — accounts at no extra charge, in every tier.
Tiers apply cumulatively. Each unit is priced at the rate of the tier it falls into — the whole contract is not billed at a single rate.

A property managed as one unit — a housing community, cooperative, office building or a self-managed building — for which separate technical maintenance is provided, regardless of how many buildings it comprises.
