Forvaltere, teknikere og beboere — kontoer uten tillegg, i hvert trinn.

Slik beregner vi prisen

Tiers apply cumulatively. Each unit is priced at the rate of the tier it falls into — the whole contract is not billed at a single rate.

Example: 12 units

1–10: 10 × 150 PLN = 1 500 PLN
11–30: 2 × 125 PLN = 250 PLN

Totalt 1 750 PLN eks. mva. per måned

What counts as a managed unit?

A homeowners’ association, housing cooperative, office building or any other entity for which separate technical maintenance is provided — regardless of how many buildings it comprises.
